CPA-prepared financial statements your lender will accept

Greywood CPA prepares the compiled, reviewed and audited financial statements small and mid-size businesses need for SBA loans, bank loans and lines of credit, plus SBA 8(a) annual statements, covenant compliance and acquisition support. We are a licensed CPA firm (Virginia Board of Accountancy firm license #134961) working nationwide, at a fixed fee.

Your lender sets which level of CPA work it needs. We read the request first and recommend the lowest level that satisfies it, often a compilation, so you don't pay for more than the lender requires.
