David leads Greywood's audit practice and has 7 years of audit experience, most of it with nonprofit organizations. He knows what funders, grantors and boards look for, and where nonprofit audits usually get stuck.

He runs each engagement from planning to the final report and works directly with executive directors, finance teams and board treasurers, so the document requests are clear and the audit stays on schedule.

John leads Greywood's assurance work for privately held businesses: the audits, reviews and compilations that owners need when a bank, investor, bonding company or buyer asks for financial statements they can rely on.

He helps owners pick the right level of assurance for what they actually need, so they don't pay for an audit when a review will do. Then he runs the engagement directly with the owner or CFO through to the final report.
