Reg A+ real estate
Greywood CPA audits real estate companies raising capital under Regulation A, including single-property offerings, multi-property funds and series LLC platforms. We are a licensed CPA firm (Virginia Board of Accountancy firm license #134961) working nationwide, at a fixed fee.
Tier 2 offerings, up to $75 million in 12 months, require audited financial statements in the offering statement and ongoing annual and semiannual reports. Tier 1 offerings, up to $20 million, need audited statements only if they already exist. Most real estate platforms choose Tier 2 because it avoids state-by-state registration.

Many real estate platforms offer each property through its own series of a series LLC. Each series being offered usually needs its own financial statements, alongside the master entity. We plan the audit around your structure so every series is covered without duplicating work.
When the offering funds the purchase of significant properties, the offering statement may need financial information about the properties themselves, such as statements of revenues and certain expenses, in addition to the issuer's statements. We help you identify what is required and audit it.
